The Walking Dead Season 5: Jon Hamm Cast as Negan? Not So Fast!

Who should play Negan when the “big bad” finally shows up on The Walking Dead Season … 6? 7?
It’s going to be a banner day in The Walking Dead universe when that casting is revealed. Everyone will have an opinion, so they’d better find someone good great perfect. Negan, leader of a not-so-nice group called The Saviors, doesn’t show up in the comics until Issue #100, and we’re still in the Issue #57-64 zone after four seasons, but his arrival is something they need to plan.
MTV.com talked to comic book writer/executive producer Robert Kirkman about the eventual arrival of Negan. If you’ve seen Negan in the comics, you know he’s a black-haired guy with a square jaw and a baseball bat named Lucille. He’s not a bad-looking dude, and if The Walking Dead Powers That Be wanted to cast a charismatic actor to pull off a huge role while also resembling the man on the page, they could do worse than a certain big, bad, handsome Mad man.
As MTV put it to RK, “You know, there is a guy AMC likes, who's just finishing up a run on a popular show on the network. Any chance you could snag Jon Hamm for the part?” Robert Kirkman replied, “He's not tall enough! That's a joke. I think Jon Hamm would be perfect. I think after Mad Men has run, Jon Hamm is going to have a Tom Hanks level film career, so I don't think he'll be coming back to television anytime soon. Although that would be cool!”
Don’t count him out! Some of the best roles out there are on TV, not film, and how could you top Negan on TWD? RK continued, “As far as Negan casting goes, Scott [Gimple] and I are always talking about who we would put in that, it's definitely on our minds, and there are definitely a lot of candidates. But I wouldn't expect Negan too terribly soon, although he is definitely in the plan. It's a 99% lock that he's going to be in the show eventually, so be on the lookout for that.”
Yes, yes, yes. We’ll have to come up with a list of potential Negan actors for the role. Jon Hamm looks a bit like Negan, but he’s not the only one who does (comic book artist Charlie Adlard once said Negan was based on Henry Rollins), and there’s no saying that has to matter either. Not everyone on screen looks like their comic book counterpart. Look at David Morrissey and The Governor of the comics. They look nothing alike, which was a surprise to some fans when he was first cast, but things turned out well. It’s best to start with the right actor, with the right presence for where they want to go with the role on TV. Then worry about how he looks.

Robert Kirkman Declares: “You’ll Never See Daryl Dixon in the Comic”

Robert Kirkman played a cruel April Fool’s joke on us fans of The Walking Dead (both the comic and the TV show) earlier this month when he posted a fake comic book cover announcing that Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) would finally be making his graphic novel debut. As fans and readers of the comics are well aware, the ever-popular Daryl is unique to the AMC show and was never a part of Robert’s original source material.
MTV.com recently spoke to Robert, and in light of his prank, they had to ask if Daryl will ever appear in the comics. “All April Fool's jokes aside, that's the final answer there. It would be very strange to pull an element from the show and shoehorn it into the comic because of his immense popularity. The comic book is on its own path, and I've certainly got far reaching plans for that,” Robert began. And as much as we love Daryl, we’d tend to agree. Working him into the comic at this point would feel forced and likely not mesh with the story RK is already telling.
Robert continued, “I like that Daryl is the element of the show that is an agent of change, that really affects every story as we try to adapt them. Losing that by putting him in the comic would do a disservice to the show, and the comics.”
And as if Robert wasn’t clear enough already, his final thoughts on Daryl appearing in the comics really put the last nail in the coffin. “As much as I love Norman Reedus, and everybody loves Norman Reedus, you'll never see Daryl Dixon in the comic. There, I said it,” he declared in conclusion.

The Walking Dead Season 5 Theme Revealed, Still a Remix of Comics

The Walking Dead Season 4 showed us all the tough choices it takes to survive in this world. Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) tried to repress his brutality for the sake of his son, but now he’s a proud neck biter. Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) has a monster inside him, which he’s less proud of, but at least he knows it’s there.
The Walking Dead Season 5 is coming in October, and The Hollywood Reporter asked showrunner Scott Gimple and comic book writer Robert Kirkman about the theme of the new season.
“Rick said, and before that Robert said it in the comics: Are we too far gone to be people anymore, to actually be human beings, to be able to relate to one another on an emotional level, to be able to live a real humanistic and emotional life — are we too far gone?” Scott said. “Next season really is who do we become after that? Once that question is answered for ourselves, who are these people? That idea will be explored a few different ways.” Carl asked that on the finale, even before we got to The Marauders attack or Terminus — ‘Who are we?’”
Robert added, “We're ending on a cliffhanger in Season 4. We're going to be dealing with Terminus in a big way as soon as we come back. We're also going to be dealing with a more capable and prepared Rick Grimes coming out of what he's experienced in this episode. He's going to go into another really awesome direction.”
Rick 5.0 ownage. Wait for it. Pity the Termites for their folly. Then what, though? Road to D.C.? Leadership at a new safe zone?
THR noted that Season 4 was a remix of the comics; will they continue remixing stories from RK’s books into Season 5? “Absolutely,” said Scott. “As we said during our first conversation, in ‘Pretty Much Dead Already’ when Sophia comes out of the barn, that's a remix. If we use verbatim from the comic, that's awesome. And if we have to change it, that's an opportunity to tie character and theme to it in different ways. There are ways we even chose to remix it, like with Lizzie and Mika, to find ways to take things that Robert did. He long played that [with Ben and his brother, Billy] in the comic, and we can do the same thing even a bit longer than he did it just because I liked the way he did it in the comic and I wanted to turn it up that much more.”
Season 4 remixed a lot of stuff — including having Hershel Greene (Scott Wilson) get his head sliced off instead of another character — but Abraham’s (Michael Cudlitz) group is a close match with the comics, and the final line of the season (“They’re screwing with the wrong people”) is pretty much straight from Issue #64, except for switching out the f-bomb.
It’s always fun when they do that, and it allows us to speculate about what comic book characters and storylines might be adapted next. Maybe The Hunters storyline will be stretched out for TV because it’s a cool thing to turn up more too?

The Walking Dead Season 5 Spoilers: "Beth's Story Is Not Over"

We’re not going to lie, we were troubled by Beth Greene’s (Emily Kinney) absence from The Walking Dead Season 4 finale, “A.” The youngest Greene sister was kidnapped by someone driving a black car with a white cross on the back in Season 4, Episode 13: “Alone” — and we haven’t seen or heard from her since.
Some have theorized that Beth could be roasting on the barbeque at Terminus, but thankfully comic book creator and executive producer Robert Kirkman has effectively put the kibosh on that theory because it’s too predictable. “The Beth BBQ question is a big one. I've seen that a lot on Twitter,” he recently revealed. “When a theory is as prevalent as that one is, it's more than likely not true. If there ever was a storyline where we were going a different way and the audience seemed to be ahead of us to that point, it would be extremely unfortunate and I would certainly not feel too good about how well we're doing our jobs. Thankfully this doesn't seem to be the case.” In other words, we don’t think there’s any BBQed Beth in our future.
And if Beth’s not cooking (literally) that likely means that there’s more to her story, something that Robert confirmed to TheWalkingDead.com in a post-finale interview. “I don’t know! She got taken, she’s not back yet,” RK answered when asked where Beth was. Luckily for us, he went on to admit that her mysterious story is far from resolved. “I can say that Terminus has a lot of signs out there and it’s certainly possible that all kinds of different people out there could make their way to Terminus in some way, so maybe Beth shows up to Terminus in Season 5…maybe not. I think I can say that Beth’s story is not over. We’ll see her again, maybe in Season 5, maybe not.” Vague and open-ended, but we’ll take it!   
We doubt Robert and Co. will go a full season without giving us a clue about Beth’s whereabouts, but we suppose one can never be too sure of anything with this motley crew. The Walking Dead Season 5: Tyreese, Carol, Judith Story to Take "Unexpected Direction"

We never get exactly what we wish for on The Walking Dead. The Season 4 finale did give us a mini Team Prison reunion … but it was in a dark Terminus train car, and it was missing a few people, and some of the present people might start missing a few limbs.
Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs), Tara (Alanna Masterson), Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz), Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt), Rosita Espinosa (Christian Serratos), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green), Bob Stookey (Larry Gilliard Jr.), Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan), and Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) are all stuck in the same train car, marked “A.”
Currently missing: Beth Greene (Emily Kinney), who hasn’t been seen since she was abducted at the end of Ep 13, “Alone,” and the mini group of Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride), Tyreese (Chad Coleman) and baby Judith, who were last seen on their way to Terminus at the end of Ep 14, “The Grove.”

Robert Kirkman talked to TheWalkingDead.com about what’s next on Season 5 for Ty and Carol. “People have reunited in that train car at the end, but Tyreese, Carol, and Judith are still out there. I think we’re gonna go in a pretty unexpected direction with that one.”
Unexpected! What could be unexpected? That they don’t arrive at Terminus? Or are they already there? RK said they're still "out there," but it would be unexpected to see they were trapped in a different train car. We saw that powdered milk on the ground, and it made us think of Judith, even if we know she's not in that "A" train car.
What if Ty and Carol aren't at Terminus yet, but they do arrive — and save the day? Maybe it’s Hammer Time for Tyreese? Carol has a history of being saved — by Daryl, Andrea, T-Dog, etc. — and it would be EPIC for her to be the one to save Rick and company, then reunite Rick and Carl with baby Judith. There’s no way Rick wouldn’t be thrilled to see her after that.
What do you hope is next for Carol and Tyreese? Do you see them arriving at Terminus or do you think Rick and company will be free of the place, then meet that group on the road, maybe en route to D.C.?

The ‘Walking Dead’ Terminus twist offered fans a satisfying ending for season finale

The fans of “Walking Dead” has to know there wasn’t going to be any killing for the season finale. As with other seasons in the past, the show tends not to let go any characters before a big ending. On Sunday night there was a massive twist and fans were excited to see where the story picks up in six months. For viewers who haven’t seen the season finale of “Walking Dead” and don’t want to know the spoiler ending, they should stop reading now. According to MTV News, one of the biggest shockers on Sunday night was none of the characters died.

The Terminus twist might be the next big thing for the series. With Rick, Carl, Michonne, and Daryl ended up at the location, the radio signal being broadcast initially brought hope and gave everyone a sense of a relief. It was short lived after being locked in a locked into a train car. The clues left behind offered up an explanation of items seen once used by their missing friends. Being locked up with people who you know has perks apparently too as Rick also caught saw Glenn, Maggie, Bob, Sasha, Tara, Eugene, Abraham and Rosita.

There are a few people missing though and it’s unclear where those character are. Carol, Tyreese, Judith, and Beth all remain unaccounted for and viewers are too smart to start making assumptions on where they might be. While we were certain Rick, Carl and Michonne were safe, it seems the producers of this show like to mix things up for their fans.

What happens next? The Terminus twist gives the characters a place to start when the series returns and there is no doubt the first thing the characters are going to do is try to get out of the locked train cars.

The Walking Dead Season 4 Spoilers: Marauders Try to Rape Carl in Finale?

*Comic book spoilers ahead*
Certain stuff and thangs related to Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) will upset Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) tonight on The Walking Dead Season 4 finale. Could one of Joe's Marauders attempt to rape Carl, as depicted in the comic books in Issue #57?
In that issue, Rick, Carl and Abraham are on their way to Rick's old hometown for supplies, as a kind of detour from the Washington, D.C. mission. One night, they are ambushed by bandits/The Marauders, who try to punish Rick for defying them by raping Carl. One of them even gets Carl's pants off. Rick bites the neck of the guy holding him back to kill him, then goes after the one who tried to rape Carl, saying, "He's mine." Let’s just say he makes that guy look at the flowers, and it’s not a quick death ala Lizzie.
Episode 16 promos have hinted to a close adaptation of that story, with Carl’s new BFF Michonne (Danai Gurira) and, maybe to some extent, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) sharing the Abraham role. But will they go down the rape road or not quite take it that far?
The Walking Dead elected to skip the comic book sequence where Michonne was brutally raped by The Governor (thankfully), but Robert Kirkman said we'd see Rick pushed to his absolute limit on the finale, and the man that comes out of this is going to shock people.

Andrew Lincoln also told Yahoo, "I think the story this season begins with a man suppressing his brutality for the sake of his son. I don't want to give too much away, but basically, you will see a side of Rick that you haven't seen before or in a place that he goes to that he's never been before. Like most things he's driven by, it's for the sake of his son." He added, "All I will say is that when I read [the script], I called up Scott Gimple, and I said, 'Scott, we've always been incredibly responsible with where we go and the darkness and the brutality of the world that we inhabit. Do you think we may be going a little bit far on this?' He said, 'No, no, not at all,' and when I did it, when I did the scene, like most things Scott Gimple says, he was right, and it made complete sense. It is a definite evolution."
Andy added to the New York Post that something happens to Rick that will be the most brutal thing he's endured in the show’s history, even accounting the death of his wife Lori and the assumed death of his daughter Judith. He repeated his question to Scott about what happens. “I will say that something happens in the finale that when I read it, I called Scott Gimple, the showrunner, because we’ve always been incredibly responsible with the violence in this show. And I just wanted to ask, ‘Is this a step too far?’”
He previously called "The Grove" the most controversial episode they'd ever done, saying he couldn't believe they were doing what they were doing. That was the one where Lizzie killed Mika and Carol shot Lizzie. So this may be on par with that.
It would make sense if they decided to play out the attempted rape of Carl. And it would also make sense for Chandler Riggs to wish he could be on Talking Dead after the show to discuss his role. Instead, it will just be Andy and Scott. If they elect to pass on the attempted rape, Rick’s brutality could just stem from the Marauders hurting Carl in another way, since a promo does show a knife at Carl’s throat and just scaring him could be enough for Rick to Hulk out.

The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale Spoilers: Rick Grimes Will Use a "Surprising" Weapon

UPDATE: Ricktator ownage is coming! Back at Walker Stalker Con, Andrew Lincoln teased that, in Season 4, Rick would use a weapon he'd never used before. Guess what? The time is now. When teasing this Sunday's Episode 16 finale, Andy told The Walker Stalkers, "You're about to get it." He laughed. "Believe me, you're gonna get it." Yessss!
Andy added that a journalist had seen the finale in advance and she was "freaking out, somewhat" by what Rick did. "You and me both, when I read it," he added. "I even made a phone call to [showrunner] Scott Gimple and said 'Scott, really, are we going to do this?' And he said 'Yep.' And I said 'OK, let's do it."
The weapon has to be his own teeth, right? It looks like Rick is going to face down The Marauders in a sequence pretty closely tied to Issue #57 of The Walking Dead comics. In the books, Rick bites a guy’s neck and kills him, then brutally slays one of the bandits for attempting to rape Carl. Get 'em, Daddy!

Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) uses his crossbow to kill walkers on The Walking Dead, Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) is partial to the pistol that Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) recently returned to him, and Rick has often bashed the living dead in the head with a rock in order to take them out. Sure, Rick uses his gun too, but since the sound of a gunshot can attract even more walkers, sometimes an the old rock to the head trick mist suffice.
However, Andrew said at Walker Stalker Con in Atlanta this past weekend that his on-screen counterpart will soon be using a new, unique weapon to destroy walkers and other enemies. Although he admits that rocks have “worked out” for him in the past, the new weapon — or should we say death-inducing technique? — is more surprising and effective.
“I’m going to not spoil anything,” Andrew dished. But Rick develops a new technique this season for dispatching people. And it isn’t a gun, it isn’t a knife, it’s something quite different. And I look forward to hearing your reactions, because I was shocked.”
The word technique indicates that Rick’s new way of offing walkers is slightly more involved than just a new weapon, but your guess is as good as ours!
Has Rick created a walker trap, perhaps one that would keep the undead away from the crumbling prison fence? Has he discovered something that poisons walkers, effectively killing them without the use of any weapons at all?

The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale Predictions: “None of Them Are Right”

The actors and producers of The Walking Dead are well-aware that fans have been speculating about what happens in the Season 4 finale for months now, and with just hours to go before the March 30th ep the fan theories are only intensifying.
We’ve heard it all, from Beth Greene’s (Emily Kinney) grisly fate (she’s the meal Mary offered everyone when they got to Terminus!) to Bob Stookey’s (Larry Gilliard Jr.) big secret (he’s immune to walker bites!), but apparently one TWD cast member has read “all” of the finale predictions and has yet to come across one that has the correct info.
When asked about the Season 4 finale, “A” Danai Gurira (Michonne) told DigitalSpy.com, “I've read all [the] predictions and none of them are right. No one is going to be able to figure out this ending so it's going to be a really exciting thing to watch people respond to!”
We know Danai said that she’s read all of the finale predictions, but in our opinion that’s a near impossible task. The TWD fanbase is a rabid bunch (in the best way possible) and we bet there are tons of new theories cropping up everyday — there’s just no way Danai can keep up with everything.
We’ve been warned about the “brutality” of Episode 16 for quite some time now, and although that buzz word initially left us fearing for Rick Grimes’ (Andrew Lincoln) life, we’re now wondering if the former cop could actually be the one dishing out these brutal blows. We pretty much know that a face-off between Rick and head marauder Joe (Jeff Kober) is coming but the more we think about it, the more we doubt that Rick is the one we should be worrying about.
In the comics, Rick, Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs), and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) venture back to Rick’s hometown and come across a group of bandits who threaten to rape Carl because Rick attempted to fight them. Rick and Abraham manage to fight back and kill the guys, with Rick even biting one of them on the neck. Bitting a dude on the neck is pretty “savage,” right? That’s another word that’s been used to describe the finale.
So there may be some things we don’t know, as Danai suggests, but we like to think that a few of our theories have a place in the Season 4 finale.

Norman Reedus 'The Walking Dead': Posts head popping spoiler for season 4 finale

Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon on “The Walking Dead,” is keeping his head where it belongs in the spoilers he posted, but those around him aren’t. With fans anxiously awaiting “The Walking Dead” finale of season 4 on Sunday night, Norman Reedus offered up the spoilers in pictures. These bizarre offerings have to do with the cast’s action figures, but something is strange about the way they look.

According to Wet Paint on March 29, it’s apparent that Reedus was just having some fun with the fans, but the first picture on Instagram shows Michonne’s action figure with Tyreese’s head and Tyreese’s action figure with Michonne’s head. He did the same thing to reunited lovers Maggie and Glenn.

What is he saying with all these head shots on the wrong bodies? Tyreese and Glenn look so frail and Maggie and Michonne look just plain scary in these action figure shots. Sunday night’s “The Walking Dead” season 4 finale is simply titled “A.” What that means is anybody’s guess.

Rumbling around the social networks put Terminus as a possible haven gone really bad. Suggestions that Terminus is nothing more than a trap with people inside doing unthinkable things to folks who make the trek there are running rampant today.

So far Maggie and Glenn and their crew have made it to the place offering sanctuary, but fans only got to see them going through the front door. Sunday night's finale should give some indication on the dealings of Terminus

The Walking Dead Season 4 Spoilers: What Happens in Episode 16 Finale, "A"?

The sixteenth and final hour of The Walking Dead Season 4 is almost upon us. The season finale, Episode 16, "A," airs Sunday, March 30 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.

Are you ready? How could you be?!

Here are three TV synopses: 1) "Many paths collide; Rick faces sheer brutality; the group struggles to survive." 2) "Rick comes face-to-face with sheer brutality when multiple paths collide.” 3) "Factions begin to near an inevitable collision, which brings Rick face to face with a shocking form of brutality that threatens the lives of everyone he has become responsible for, so the group must find a way to survive the oncoming storm."

So we're expecting a Team Prison reunion at Terminus, “brutality” for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), and the group struggling to survive. Let's break that down, factoring in previous spoilers and teases released from The Powers That Be. Don't forget to come back when promos and sneak peek videos are released so we can add them to the speculation mix!


1. Rick’s Brutality — Marauders?: Obviously we’re linking at least some of Rick’s “brutality” to Joe (Jeff Kober) and his band of marauders, since they are tracking Rick with the plan to exact revenge for the Episode 11 death of their friend, bathroom guy. Tony (guy who was strangled in the “Claimed” house) will recognize Rick and no good can come of that. The Marauders are bandits in the comic book series who ambush Rick, Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) on the road. The TV show could do a remix of that, replacing Abe with Michonne (Danai Gurira). In the books, they try to rape Carl. Maybe they do the same on TV or try the move on Michonne. (Remember how, back in Ep 11, they called dibs on who would get first crack at the woman shacking up in the house? That woman was Michonne, and they said that when they found her shirt. Foreshadowing?)

Either way, in the books, Rick and Abraham save Carl and kill the bad guys. We wouldn’t be upset with that happening on TV, but we know Rick will be pushed to his very limit on the finale, with comic book writer/executive producer Robert Kirkman adding that if we think we’ve seen Rick pushed to his limit before, we haven’t. The poor Ricktator! What’s going to happen? We’re not expecting Rick to die, but could Carl die? Michonne? Baby Judith? Other? Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus)? Daryl dying may be even less likely than Rick dying, but maybe Daryl swoops in and saves Rick, putting himself in danger with the marauders too.



2. What's With the Title?: The title “A” is interesting and could mean any number of things. An AMC exec previously teased, "We know where this season ends, which is not unlike when we got to the prison — it’s a glimpse of what Season 5 will be." They got to the prison on the Season 3 premiere, ending a long stint on the road by finally finding a safe haven. (For a while anyway.) That’s why we initially thought "A" might refer to the Alexandria Safe-Zone, a place the group does end up in the comics. Now maybe it’s Atlanta or something else, ‘cause it doesn’t seem like we’re headed to Alexandria, Virginia in the finale. Robert Kirkman told TV Guide the second half of Season 4 would start bleak but end on a “more hopeful” note so it would make sense if they did find a new safe place. Is it Terminus? Do they think Terminus is safe and it’s not?


3. Are The Hunters at Terminus? Robert Kirkman recently teased that the finale will be “SAVAGE. Honestly... people are going to be talking about this one. The cliffhanger at the end of season 4 will make the wait between seasons 4 and 5 the hardest wait we've ever had. ENJOY!” Savage could be tied to Rick’s brutality, but also potentially The Hunters, a group of cannibals whose story may be adapted for TV. What if Rick and company think Terminus is safe, except for the stalking Marauders, and it turns out The Hunters cook and eat people? Is that how we’ll leave the season, perhaps with someone’s body part missing? Don’t forget the rumor that actress Anissa Matlock was cast on Episode 16 (she is still credited on IMDb for “A”) possibly playing one of The Hunters. Or she could just be a nice lady at Terminus.


4. Where’s Gareth? We’ve given up on the idea of Gareth (Andrew J. West) having a major presence this season, but he’s meant to be a remix of a comic book character. Is he a version of Father Gabriel Stokes, and he’s the one who kidnapped Beth, but not for nefarious purposes? Or is he perhaps a version of Chris, leader of The Hunters? Other? Will we even see him at all? Update: Greg Nicotero said we will find Gareth at Terminus. So there's that.

5. Is Morgan Coming Or Not? If you check out IMDb’s listing for Episode 16, Lennie James is still credited as appearing in “A.” Someone could just be messing with us, but that credit has yet to budge. Showrunner Scott Gimple did recently say he was misquoted when he said Morgan Jones would return in Season 4. Maybe he meant Morgan would return at some point and it was assumed he meant this season. Or maybe Scott was just aiming to avoid spoilers. Maybe Morgan is meant to be a big surprise? Or he could not appear at all. Dammit, Lennie James, just show the hell up so we can stop speculating about you! Please?


6. The Finale Will Be "Ambitious," "Savage" and "Cool": A while back, Norman Reedus told Vulture the finale would be a "very ambitious" episode, adding "they went big with it." RK already said it would be "savage" with a torturous cliffhanger, but he also said, “There are some moments in the finale that I think are some of the coolest stuff we’ve done in the show, and that’s the stuff I’m really excited about. We’re wrapping this season up in pretty great form.” He warned that there’s a lot of “shock” coming and fans will be “startled” with what happens and we’ll be anticipating the return of Season 5 in October.


7. Promo and Sneak Peek Intel: One AMC sneak peek shows Rick, Carl and Michonne in the woods. Rick teaches Carl how to trap an animal in the woods. They hear someone yelling and Carl runs, apparently to help. Rick breaks out his classic "Cahhrl! CAHHRLL!" call. Why doesn't Carl listen? The sneak peek on Talking Dead also shows the trio in the woods. Carl wants to know if they'll tell the people at Terminus the truth about all the stuff they've done. Rick says, "We're going to tell them who we are." Carl argues. "Who are we?" They see a walker in the woods. Michonne whips out her katana and approaches. The promo also shows Carl running, and Michonne slicing walkers on the train tracks. What's with the candles in the room, and Rick looking so beat up in the end? What happens to him? Is he shaken by what happens to him or what he does in response?

If we had to guess, we’d say we’re staying at Terminus into Season 5, but perhaps our former Team Prison group isn’t up to date on what’s really happening there. We’re curious to see if Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) will be involved at all in the finale or if they’re saving the rest of her story for Season 5.
